Translation from Mannin Ghaelg (Manx Gaelig) to English:

Under moon shown full bright,
When the moths dance the meadow.
And the thrush carols low,
Where the hawthorn blooms white.

The shepards count their kine,
The idle hand gets nothing.
One - two - three - four - five,
Came/approached soft that sweetheart mine.
